Hassle Free dominated both boy's and girl's weight classes at this year's Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio. HF walked away with 15 individual medals and swept the Overall boy's and girls team titles. This was a Werksan sponsored event so, for the third year in a row, HF will receive two complete barbell sets as prizes for their team victories. Out of the 15 boy's and girl's weight classes HF took 9 1st place medals.
Arnold made an appearance and HF-Sac head coach Paul Doherty got a chance to talk to the Governor . Paul briefly described the HF mission and invited Arnold to attend this year's Kono V on August 7. He promised to show up if he was in town.
Arnold was an honorary judge for about 10 minutes and judged our own Sae Vang's winning snatch. Sae went on to take 1st place in the 62kg class with a 215 total.
